I had terrible acne a few years ago, cystic all over my face and body. I took a course of accutane and it completely cleared me up.. it was great. I finished a 5 month course of 40mg a day (I believe) in october 2010. Its now january 2013, my facial acne is basically back to the way it was.. and my back is getting there (starting to get deep ones of my shoulders, neck and thighs).

Has anyone had acne like this a treated it with a second course, permanently? Its a bummer it came back, but I am contemplating doing another course if it will work. The feeling I had with clear skin after accutane was totally worth it.
