So i have an issue and i hoping/praying it resolves. Basically, i took my first accutane 20 mg pill 3 days ago. I also, however, got a treatment called radiofrequency ablation on some scar tissue (raised scar tissue on my left cheek) to see if it would resolve.
What my main question is since i only took one 20mg accutane pill, will it still effect the scar tissues healing from the radiofrequency ablation? Is one pill of accutane enough to effect healing?
Also, how long does accutane stay in your body after one pill?
It won't affect you, don't worry. 
I actually think the half life of accutane is pretty small (21 plus or minus 8.2 hours according to a study) - its just due to a large build of taking many pills up over many months that increases this. A couple of days after one twenty mg capsule is more than enough.
Anyway 20mg isn't enough to do anything! We take courses of accutane which totals around 10000mg, relax and let the scar treatment do its job! Goodluck!
