I'm pretty sure that 90% of the videos on YouTube that back accutane up are young girls that look like they've never had a spot in their life, period. Do you think Roche pays them to do this? Anyone have any solid evidence? I'm sure of it and i'm sure there are a few people on here creeping about doing the same. Roche have a lot of power, any video that dishonours accutane has a numerous amount of dislikes, i don't think i've seen a really positive accutane video that slags accutane off.
I am not a conspiracy theorist. I doubt the scale that "faking" so much Accutane coverage would require would be possible. Lots of people owe their clear skin - and other treated ailments even outside of acne - to medical and pharma companies. This isn't to say that there aren't unethical practices within those companies (or that the medical profession is blameless in failing to inform consumers of possible risks), just that it's unfair to point to people's personal experience and cry "FAKE!".
