Retin-A: Failure & Stopping

About a year and a half ago, I started using Retin-A. I used it religiously, but never really saw any results. To this day, nothing has happened with my acne as a result of using Retin-A. However, I still continued to use it. Eventually, I went back to my doctor who said that it wasn't working. So, I decided to just stop using it (I don't have much of a choice, seeing that my bottle has literally 0 retin-a left (I even tore it open to get the rest out tongue.png).

So, today is my first day of not using it. I'm just using Clean & Clear Morning Burst (GREAT on sensitive skin). Today, my skin was a TON less oily. Both when I woke up, and at the end of the day. It seemed less agitated by far. In fact, some smaller (petty) bumps went away. However, I'm worried that since I stopped, I'm going to start breaking out now. Should I be concerned?

it takes about three months to see the full benefits of Retin-A. I believe you've waited much longer than that!

What was your dosage? Was it a regular Retin-A or Retin-A Micro?
