I still cant believe people micro dose this poison , might as well micro dose phentanyl or some other deadly drug.

I read through most posts, I haven't missed anything that you've posted recently just so you're aware.
i'm back on mk-7 for the moment, I've adjusted the dosage for now down to 180 mcg, im taking the Jarrow brand which their k2 is supplied by gnosis, it contains >99 percent all trans from natto and soy is removed.
There is much I could post about some thoughts, but I dont like weighing anything down with assumptions.
For example mk7 possibly inducing a low grade flu and productive cough, having an effect on my sinuses, and causing some bloating.
I cant really tell whats going on with all of this yet. mk7 causing the sickness or fighting the sickness, because in a sense ive been sick for 20 years prior post Accutane.
I just continue to find alot of compelling information,

Hey Guys, I've been in touch with others about iodine. I've been doing iodine 50mgs daily for 2-3 months. IT immediately eradicates candida, but then if my diet is bonkers I get it back. It does remove the joint pain immediately speaking to a severe deficiency. Articles that I've read say 50mgs of lugol's iodine for 6 months to fully saturate thyroid. I havn't gotten there yet, but I am going to resume the regimen. I felt worst at 25mgs, then when I slowly increase to 50mg, I did very much notice the different. It starts with clear mind, mobile joints, CRAZY dreams which to me is always a good sign (I normally cannot sleep at all without medical marijuana or something to literally knock me out), better sleep, energy for days, etc. It's made my job as a counselor so much better and my ability to multitask is insane. I got lazy and stopped taking it and the positive news is that I havn't gone back to square one, but I am certainly also not healed. I'd say I'm at 60-70%, which compared to 30-40% is VERY MUCH something good. Any POSITIVE feedback from others. I'm honestly really sick of hearing about how accutane destroys people's lives. We know that already, it does, but let's keep is hopeful and solution-focused. Pretty please

When I look that brand up, a couple of sites say don™t take orally??
Also, I™m assuming you also take all the co-factors with iodine like selenium etc?
And, did any of your blood tests indicate an issue with thyroid? like everyone I™ll assume your tests indicated nothing alarming with thyroid but as we all know that means shit after tane.....the fact that you are indeed responding to iodine is the important thing!!!

I had the drops before and stuck to the standard 3 drops a day but after a few months didnt notice any difference- maybe thats what happens until you build up the daily intake....
Id like to hear from those who know how to safely build up the tolerance!!
It is known that too much Iodine can cause thyroid cancer so wouldnt want to fuck it up and dose too heavily obviously

Would be interested to know if the poster ran thyroids as well , or iodine bloods. 400 x the RDI sure seems a lot , unless clear deficiency was established.

Yeah I know weve delved into this before but I feel its worth investigating again. Obviously its not to be rushed but requires a slow build up.
I certainly would be looking into this over some of the other drugs discussed on here in recent times, I think its safer for one!!
Who knows it might even help with reducing this systemic chronic dryness....

You're right, I don't have the strong drive needed to compel me to spend days creeping on post-Accutane forums to hit on vulnerable girls through PM who are half my age and only here to look for help after they got fried by Accutane. ...Maybe it only happened that one time. Still pretty sick.
