Hello im a guy at 20 years old and I have days where I dont have much acne and some days i get one big acne that hurts when touching and looks like a swelling. But I have noticed something when I go on vaccation like turkey, all my acne dissapeared i spent alot of time in the sun and water. Is it the sun or the water with salt that is removing the acne, because since I got home I tried seasalt and tanning in a sunbed but neither helped I have tried all medical treatments but they just dry out my skin. Currently im using olive oil.
