Hi,
Murad spot treatment contains high levels of salicylic acid, this has probably reacted with the benzoyl peroxide which has irritated your skin and caused the marks. Salicylic acid chemically exfoliates the skin and so applying BP on top of that freshly exfoliated skin is a recipe for drying and irritating.
I would recommend stopping both treatments for time time being and keeping this skin well moisturised. Cleanse gently and try applying something natural and healing like raw honey or manuka honey as a spot treatment. This will moisturise the irritated skin and encourage healing if you have caused any damage. It's important to be extra gentle with the damaged skin to avoid scarring.
Good luck!
This is hypopigmentation from whatever product you're using, it happened to me twice, once with a hydroquinone cream and another time from stupidly using a cortisone cream on hyperpigmentation... The white spot left after a couple of days so don't worry, and it just went back to looking like my old hyperpigmentation on my skin
