Read a thread about it in adult acne but the link got archived so cant post in it.
Anyone here used it can give me their opinion?

Does anyone know if these work just the same as the adult acnomel one or is it bit different? Are ingredients the same? what is different? Anyone know where i can get the one with the reviews in canada?
I was able to find this one at Wal-Mart ( http://well.ca/products/acnomel-medicated-acne-vanishing_31293.html ). I tried it as a spot treatment and found it did help decrease the size of the pimple; however, it left more redness behind... perhaps I spread it around too much beyond the pimples themselves?
