Ok, you are still breaking out, but haven't you noticed any consistent improvement? I know cystic acne takes a long time to heal, so maybe it doesn't mean that Accutane isn't working, but that you still have stuff deep inside your pore that gets it inflamed from time to time. Or, if you are a woman, could it be that you are reacting badly to the pill? In my case, I only got worse on Yaz (October to December, not on Accutane yet), while Yasmin (September and from January on) really works for me. I used to break out a lot on my chin but haven't since last year. Only speculating. What I do know is that eating right really helps reduce the severity of your breakouts, even though it won't stop them completely.
