Hello everyone, if you would like my backround information and pictures of how fast my acne progressed over the last 3 months check out my other topic.
I will post images every so often and update at a minimum every 2 weeks.
My dermatologist recommended i start at 10 mg for the first 30 days then bump it up to 40 mg for the next 30 days, then 80 mgs for the remaining weeks. I believe i am suppose to total around 9600 mg by the end of the round.

@Gdubsss.....good luck , and Accutane only as a last resort, just keep all the dermatologist appointments and do all the blood work , and if the dermatologist forget reminds him/her , it's very important.

So almost two weeks into accutane! The effects so far. Skin is much less oily. Lips are started to get pretty dam chapped the fact its winter definitly doesnt help. I have been experiencing a slight breakout + one pretty bad cystic acne, but alot of my pre accutane acne has dried out and healed. Ill post a picture in 2 weeks just before i visit the derm to hopefully up my dose to 40 mg

The only noticable improvment is in the inflamation.

Wow has there been some crazy improvment from just 10 mg. very small ib , and i my derm up"d my dose to 40 mg about 3 days ago. Im expecting a breakout but who knows everything has calmed down dramatically maybe starting. At 10 mg was a great idea. ( i wanted to start higher). Here are the pics, let me know what you think!
