Day 40
Well it got worse for a few days.. So embarrassing. I went bowling with some friends and was eating nachos and my guy friend said hey hold on and got a napkin and tried to wipe something off of my chin but of course he couldn't because it was a zit. Then he said ohh and changed the subject real quick 
I'm pleased to say that it has gone down quite a bit over the past two days but I'm still looking rough,
I got a rash on my arms and my shoulder too. I'm putting cortisone cream on it and if its still there I guess I'll show the dr next time I go.
It's so weird, I'm actually not dry anymore. Like my body is used to the 40mg now. My lips are a bit dry and of course I moisturize but I don't get flaky or dry. Next apt I'm getting bumped up to 80mg so ill bet ill get super dry then.

omggg reading this reminded me of a similar random experience i had on my last course of accutane back in 2009...i was with a guy friend at this beach and there was a taco bell there so we ate taco bell and then afterwards we were walking along the beach and he looks at me and was like "there's something on your face. it looks like taco. how did you get taco on your face?"...so i'm like..."omg wtf?!" and i was all embaressed thinking i had food all over my face. so i walk up to a car mirror and see the entire area around my mouth flaking badly and i had makeup on from the night before and it just looked weird and gross. i guess that's what i get for being lazy and not washing/moistrizing/reapplying my makeup that morning. ohhh god it was pretty damn embaressing. i feel your pain.
Day 63
I've been so busy! Sorry I haven't updated. I'm doing well. My acne has cleared quite a bit. I have two active cysts that are shrinking and the rest are just red marks, but they look just as bad as active ones. People probably can't tell the difference from looking. I just got bumped up to 60mg today. I have absolutely no dryness so this shouldn't be too bad. My lips and eyes are kinda dry but that's all. I get rashes on my arms from time to time but cortisone cream clears it up within a day or two. I think by the time my next month is up ill be looking pretty good! I hope to stay on it for five months though. I started taking birth control a month ago and that may have something to do with it and I also got a clarisonic brush a week ago and I love it. I know they say no exfoliating on accutane but I am anyways and it's working for me. No flakes at all and it isn't irritating my skin. All in all I'm doing well!!!
