I just looked over the whole thread....lots of improvement! You have an incredibly pretty face, definite natural beauty. :] Your skin is looking better and better. It's crazy how the state of your skin can affect your mood...I'm having a relatively good day skin-wise so I've been happy ever since waking up, lol. It's a shame days like that are so rare! 
I see a dramatic difference which has coincided with your dosage increase! I think 80 mg is totally kick ass for you, and hopefully since taking it with dinner you're seeing even more improvement? I have the same thing with red marks...they may be flat without actives, but I just hate the red marks. They will fade.
I also like to wear makeup to prevent myself from picking at flaked skin and imperfections. I think it tricks our brain into thinking our skin is great...and then we don't stress as much. I find it's psychologically beneficial.

Ahhh I know I need to stop with with my habit of picking. These scab-like marks on my face just feel so icky though.
I'm doing a 5 month course. Hopefully that is what I need to get rid of acne for good!

I was thinking the same thing yesterday about how the state of your skin affects your mood. I didn™t even realize how much my skin was making me emotionally down about life in general. This past weekend was great for me because it was the first time that I didn™t doubt Accutane. I™m at my half-way point as of today, so I™m hoping that I™ll end this course with no acne! 🙂

I™ve seriously seen so much improvement since starting 80mg, it™s so damn awesome. œMiracle month might be a miracle for me, haha. I keep running my fingers along my jawline and it feels so much smoother. I had a big breakfast both Saturday and Sunday so I took the pills separately, but during the week I am going to take them with dinner, and hopefully that will help! The red marks suck. They were worse last time because I constantly was picking my face. I™m trying not to do it as much this time around.
Thank god for makeup though. It is definitely psychologically beneficial and I don't know what I'd do without it.
Day 77
Not too much has changed with my face from the last time I updated.
Cheeks: Both cheek pimples are healing, but they™re still noticeable. I™m kind of hoping that they will have flattened more come Saturday, because I have a graduation party to attend, but I™m not so sure that™s going to happen. Also, I have a small little bump on my cheek, and I™m not sure if it™s a zit about to sprout out, or what. I™m really hoping it™s not a zit. I™ve had enough with my right cheek looking ugly in the past two weeks. The left cheek looks great! No zits or anything.
Forehead: Pretty much clear. Red marks and some dry skin patches, but no actives.
Chin: Clear!
Jawline: Still in the process of healing. It™s not as itchy anymore. This zit from last week that I popped is still lingering and hasn™t flattened, hopefully it will start to soon.
I am praying that I don™t experience any more crappy breakouts. It would be amazing if things kept clearing up, and no new zits appeared. That would really be amazing. Maybe I™ll get lucky, but you can never be too sure.

Ugh so last night I was asleep and I wear my promise ring to bed, and I scratched my chin with it, and woke up and now there's a GIANT red scabby gross skin thing from it, which I know will take forever to heal, especially on this stuff.
It stings like crazy too!
So crazy! You and Betsy seem to be struggling with your right cheeks, while Gina and I are struggling with the left. Lol!
Think positive! Those zits will be gone before you know it! I think they'll look much better by Saturday!

I'm trying to keep up the positive outlook with this, although I'm scared that I'm bound to break out all over again. What a scary thought...to get so far, and then completely go through it all over again.

Clear is a word I like when it comes to my face. 
Ouch, sounds painful! Healing really friggin' sucks on Accutane. It's like the zits have no problem coming out...but they never want to heal fast. Put some Neosporin on it, I'm sure that will help!
I know right? I had a whitehead on my left cheek that has been healed for a couple weeks now and there is still a red scab. I also had a monster whitehead in the middle of my forehead, remember that one.. like a fricken month ago!? Well there still is a red scabbie!

Dang 'tane scabbies! I miss my normal healing skin. Someday we will have that back, and it'll be clear skin.
I love Neosporin. It is so convenient.

It's insane how easily our skin cuts on this medication. The skin peels off of my hands SO easily. I have to be careful at work, or else I look like I got into a fight or something, hahahaha. Or a bear demolished me. I like that one better. 🙂
OOoo why are you quitting? and drinking my coffee with my Hello Kitty jammies and slippers on, it's actually pretty chilly out today so it's cold in our house. I get to get new glasses today since I accidently lost mine a few months ago, and since I have to take the ACT soon and have been driving a lot more, I need them to see probably a good idea right? I was going to go to Marshalls, where I work, and look for some summer dresses or somethinnn.
I also get my blood taken today woop woop!

I'm quitting because I'm going to college full-time in the fall. I was going to school part-time while working full-time last semester, but it was just way too overwhelming. I want to focus on getting my degree, and hopefully get a part-time job somewhere to have some money. Good luck with the new glasses & the bloodwork! I love Marshalls, by the way. I always snag some good deals there. 🙂
