Here is a picture of what my face looks like as of this morning :) Tell me what you all think okay :D Thanks!

The greater majority is on my cheeks. I get a few here and there on my forehead and chin so I just show where it is the worst haha.

And thank you so much 🙂 Of course I will keep going!

Have you been touching your pimples? I noticed that when I used to get a lot of forehead acne and I would touch them a lot (not even picking or popping just touching or feeling the area around them), I would keep getting more and more pimples. But when I stopped touching them they went away much faster and I barely get pimples on my forehead now.

Yes! I do haha. When I have nothing do I find myself touching my face, and I do notice that I get acne from it. But also I have not been on the regimen for thee months, so the breakouts that I am having is still completely normal and I hope that by the time I finish month three all my breakouts will have subsided,

WE NEED TO STOP TOUCHING OUR FACES!!!crazy.gif

That sucks, did you notice that you touched those areas that you have cysts the day before? Whenever I would get cysts I would be unconsciously touching them to see how big they are, and because of that the cyst would get bigger and/or I would have more cysts growing right next to it! Just like if you itch a mosquito bite it'll get worse, same thing if you simply just touch your pimples! So now I almost never touch my face, and I get far less clusters of acne appearing in the same area for long periods of time.

Yes I definitely did touch them! I know that touching my face causes acne. I am not totally bad about it, but when am bored or doing nothing and watching TV I will just touch my face unconsiously :/ And a few hours later I seriously did start feeling a bump where a pimples would soon come.

The cluster that I have now really sucks. It is like 4 cysts that have connected into one, but you can still see the four. I thought it was getting better this morning but when I just looked at it a couple hours ago it looks even bigger. I got another cyst to add on to that cluster! Ah! It looks painful and is dark red, and deeply inflammed. I am guessing I need about two weeks until it even decides to get smaller. Grosssssss right haha?

Did you recently add AHA+ to the regimen? Or did you just change any of your products?

Day 65 Update:

Sooo finally my stupid cluster of 3-4 cysts is coming down! It took about 2 weeks haha. I started week 10 yesterday and I can't wait to be past the three month mark already. This journey has been so looooong, but completely worth it. My skin is doing 90% better than day 1 teehee.gif which makes me super happy!

Before The Regimen: 50+ actives.

Week 1: Mild, noticeably improvement, but still breaking out. Dry, flaky, tight, red. (Half a finger of BP) (Scale of 1-10: 9!)(10 being the worst)

Week 2: No improvement, BIG BREAKOUT! My face became worse than week 1. All pimples were huge and raised high above the skin. BIG breakouts that brought deep and big pimples and numerous cysts. Dry, flaky, RED. (Full amount of BP) (Scale: 10!)

Week 3: Slight, slight improvement. Skin is flatter. Still breaking out a lot maybe 5-6 every morning. This week the pimples are smaller but I was still getting some cysts. No longer dry, flaky, or red. (Full amount form now on) (Scale 7.5-8!)

Week 4: BIG, BIG, BREAKOUT! Probably around 10-15 bloody actives came overnight. This breakout affected my whole face. Cysts, and all. Face began to swell and became painful to sleep. Breaking out continually every day with 1-5. Not a pretty week. (Scale 9-9.5) (35 actives)

Week 5: AWESOME AWESOME improvement!!!!!!! Recovered from last weeks breakouts. This was the first week where I could see WAY more good than bad. This shows you just have to stick it out because till now there has been very minimal results. Got a few pimples this whole week! I broke out anywhere from 0-2 actives everyday this week. (Scale 4)

Week 6: Another week of great improvement! All week I probably got about 3 pimples! Spots are fading, skin is super super duper smooth. Introduced AHA and my face could not be any better at this point. (6 actives)

Week 7: This was a stressful week on my part so I blame my progress completely on this. Spots are still fading. I have about 8-9 actives right now. I am going to try and stay a little more positive so my results stay good. (8-9 actives)

Week 8: Not too much progress form last week. Slight progress. Spots are still fading though! (8 actives)

Week 9: Slight progress, broke out twice this week. Spots gradually fading. (6-7) actives

That's great! You still look good no matter if you have acne or not :), have you noticed that your face gets red from using BP? I read someone else's regimen log, and she said that it cleared her face up completely but she hated how her face was always red from it and she stopped. But then she got acne again and now she's back on the regimen lol. Is your face more red than normal from the regimen?
