Vinegar Cured my Bacne

Hey guysI dont pop into this forum much anymore - since I cleared up my acne I really haven't had the need - but I thought I'd pass on my experience to hopefully help some of you guys out there still struggling with acne.Quick history on my acne before I pass on my personal bacne cure - I had pretty serious acne for 17 years (I'm 31) and had it on my face and back - the acne on my back was cystic and quite nasty whilst my face was generally less cystic. My face has cleared up with the regimen (I use a lot less BP now than prescribed but it seems to keep my acne at bay, amazing considering I had used BP since day one but not knowing the appropriate way to apply it meant years of nasty facial acne).My back resisted all attempts to rid it of acne - I tried accutane (was too harsh and I ended up sunburnt all the time back in Australia where I grew up so I gave up) and I tried a number of expensive topicals that did virtually nothing, I'd kind of given up hope an resigned myself to a life of bacne when I read about using vinegar on your face to get rid of hyperpigmentation so I thought I'd give it a go to get rid of the red marks on my back that had formed as a result of the cysts and would stay for weeks if not months before being joined by new fresh red marks. So off to the supermarket I went and the only vinegar I could find was Japanese rice wine vinegar so I bought it home and tried it (I found it worked best by using it with a bit of Tea-Tree oil), well the results were amazing, within two weeks my back was clear of spots and the marks had faded significantly within three weeks. I have to say I was stunned. The truly strange thing is that its been almost a year since I first started using it (at the time nightly) my back is completely clear and now I no longer need to use it as regularly, I probably apply it once a week if that and my back stays acne free. I still have the original 375ml bottle from last year which shows how little I need to use these days.If you've made it this far through this long post I'd like to say please give it a try (the smell can take a bit of getting used to but believe me its worth it) and thanks for listening and I wish you all the best in your fight with acne.Good luck, hope it works for you like it worked for me.M.

well read through the 18 pages and nobody posts how much TTO they really use, everbody says things like "and a few drops of tea tree oil". Can someone please specify!!

I cleared my bacne in less that a mounth too. The key is to lower the skins PH level. The way i did that was by adding lemon on my back.

With in a couple weeks your skin should have found its ph level and all you have to do is keep the area clear. Change t shirts, don't wear tight when sweat. And ALWAYS shower and change t shirt after you have been sweating. Thats pretty much it!

and which kind of rice vinegar are you supposed to take the white one or the dark one.

Well I am going to give this a try as well was I was already successful curing my face with ACV and olive oil. I am going to post updates in this thread.

Got the rice vinegar- RV. Got the TTO. Today I tried it for the first time. After showering and drying my skin off I rubbed the RV all over my upper body and let the RV airdry. After that I applied TTO on most aries.

Soon I realized this is going to be expensive as I applied way too much TTO, so I filled the vingar bottle with 10 ml of TTO, which is now floating on top of the vinegar. I will have to shake the bottle up to get the two substance to mix, I will try it tomorrow...

Quick report: Helps quite a lot improved my skin about 25% when sticking to the regimen but does not cure it and the effects last only as long as I keep applying the "medicine".

I think I'm going to try this, I have quite a lot of hyper-pigmentation marks and by looking at this thread it seems to have helped a lot of you
