Funny great..story. Believed to had acne during teen years of course, used proactive and seemed to do nothing. Or it did and had a mix of what I currently have. Face is clear but may have one or two small tiny things sometimes. Mainly now on shoulders, back, arms, and slightly going to the belly and legs. Some blackheads on nose, Clinique blackhead Poe cleanse helps greatly. White flaking on nose and cheeks mainly after shower. Nose itch sometimes, rarely on cheek and forehead. Had dandruff but after changing detergent not really now, no itch on head. Could be letting the shampoo head n shoulders on longer. Less on eyebrows from zinc. Lots of it cleared up on arm after switching from acne soap to zinc soap. Now use All free clear. Before tide gentle, and tide. Taking two showers a day (used to only once) and in a state that doesn't have that much hard water.

If anyone can really tell what I have, that'd be amazing. Leaning towards the seborrheic dermatitis but, lemme know what you think.

Tried SA, moisturizing, zinc, retinoid

Looks dermatitis-ish to me at least. My article on it here.

Probably not seborrheic since it's not scalp.

A derm would hopefully be able to give you a proper diagnosis.

My scalp does get itchy and flaky at times. Chin has flaked recently and beard. Changed a lot so far except the brand of shirt I now wear for years. Perhaps possible this new brand, causing contact. However doesn't make sense for some of it on face then. Trying the new brand I used to have soon.

Thanks for ruling out acne etc.

apply your antidandruff shampoo (assuming its active ingredient is pyrithone zinc) to affected area and let it sit for 10 minutes prior to washing off in shower daily. your history of dandruff in scalp and eyebrows and flaky skin all point to cutaneous fungal infection
