Hi,

I've had moderate chest acne for about a year now and as part of a proper regime to rid myself of Acne I've been applying a Murad facial cleanser w/ salicylic acid to it but unlike my face and back not much seems to be happening. It doesn't look like the rest of my acne in that there seems to be lots of white bumps/whiteheads. I was wondering whether I should start regularly applying my Epiduo (Benzoyl Peroxide + Adapalene) to it but I notice the area becomes red and inflamed for a few hours afterwards (but it doesn't hurt) Is this a good idea? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
