Have you checked with a doctor? Best to consult them first than assume or guess what it is.

It looks like an epidermal inclusion cyst. They're harmless but don't go away without excision. If you don't want to go in to a derm to get it looked at then just keep track of it and whether it changes in color, size, texture, bleeds, etc - all of which are reasons to go in and get it looked at because it might be something worse in that case
