I have had this bumpy burning sensation rash on my neck/ decolletage. Does anybody know what this is caused from? Dry skin? Sun damage? Folliculitis? Ive had this for 6 months now it started out with a pimple or 2. So sensitive to the sun. I switched laundry detergents thought it was that but its been 4 weeks with little improvement. Before this happened my chest has been completely clear. Since it is sun sensitive it did get 3 bad sun burns this summer with blisters ( I never wore sun screen ) which I never burn and get blisters my skin would tan. Afraid to moisturize 1 out of 3 dermatologists said it was folliculitis but clindamycin lotion did nothing. The others were helpless.
