so earlier today I noticed I had a lump on my butt, I put on some cream and went about my day and about an hour ago I noticed how big it was so I tried to pop it but alast failed I was wondering what I should do to deal with it. But I also don't know if it is a zit or not. So if anyone can tell me I would apprticate it because it's starting to hurt
