Hello all, hope you can help. I am a male in my mid 20's and have suffered from acne for 10 years. I have severe acne scarring on my back. I had accutane which helped a lot but now have a lot of scarring, it has affected my life so much. I feel unhappy about it and don't feel comfortable without my top off because of it. I have had derma roller treatment but that has not helped and was expensive. The nhs dermatologist wasn't really helpful and said that it will go over time but I know it won't. Is there anything I can do? It's literally making me emotionally distraught.

Any help would be great .
