Hi everyone,First I'd like to apologize for my english, because I'm not a native speaker.I'm posting this today because I've been facing the same problem and now I'm done with it. So I hope it will help you somehow.I've had back acne since about high school. I've tried different products such as benzoyl peroxyde which helped a little, but it came back right after i stopped. I've bought lots of product such as AHA(alpha hydroxyd acid), essential oils (tea trea, naomi, lavender..), sulphur soap, zinc, green clay, and other products that promise too much, which all failed.What worked : -change your shirts everyday off course.-the most important : Use bath puff (I'm not sure how you call it) when showering + fragrance-free soap-free bar (I've tried gel but i think the texture of bar is better)-In the beginning go gently with the bath puff but when it is clearing, do not hesitate to scrub your back. The first month I used sodium bicarbonate (stuff you use to cook and to clean) with a little of water to have something the thickness of wet sand. I used the mixed to scrub of my skin.-what helps a lot too is sea bathing : at least everyday during one week.Results : I'm almost cleared after 3 months, I've still have a few scars but it is much better.Hope it can help a few people =)!
