Bumps On Scalp Acne?

Recently been having these painful red bumps pop up on the front of my scalp. Some are puss filled while others are hard and have no head. Also been having a great deal of hair loss which may just be genetic as my dad and grandfather were bald at 20. I have tried not putting anything on my scalp for a week and they still pop up. Then some days they go away, like overnight. They are very painful to the touch; my whole scalp is very tender. I shave my head weekly with clippers which I sanitize first in alcohol so I don't think that is the cause. This has only been happening in the last 6 months. I have had acne on my face for the last 4 years but never this. I didn't think acne could be any worse but these things on my scalp are unbearable. Any help would be appreciated!

It looks like you could have dht buildup on your scalp. It will clog the hair follicle which will cause hair to fall out and then block it from growing back. I've spent the last couple week researching shampoos to get rid of it and almost went with Nioxin because I used it along time ago but then read that they reformulated it and it is crap now. But I found one that seems even better that is close in price. It's Peter Lamas Stimulating shampoo, conditioner, and serum and it's even natural and organic I've only been using it 4 days but my "scalp acne" is basically gone and hopefully my hair starts growing in better. Here is his website http://www.peterlamas.com/h_chshampoo.php
