I still have a little bit of chest acne. I know salt water in the ocean works miracles. But I don't live by the ocean. I am using

Neutrogena acne body wash which helps.

Can anyone help me to clear up the remaining acne on my chest? Accupressure massage worked wonders. Should I purchase a salt water shower head? I want to fix this. Thanks.

If you want to use salts, there's threads on here about epsom salt baths, which really work well for acne, also very inexpensive. Could also add a few drops of tea tree oil to the bath for antibacterial properties.

I completely agree with Mel ^ That's a wonderful idea~

It seems like you don't like to use a lot of harsh chemicals, and I could understand cause the chest is a super sensitive area~ what you could do tho is get a mild medicated moisturizer like the "Clean and clear" one with Salicylic acid in it.. it's mild enough not to irritate, but might give you that little extra boost in combination with the body wash you're using (:

I find that taking regular salt baths using Dead Sea Spa Magik Salts really helps with body acne. I buy the salts from Holland and Barrett in the UK (UK price 5.95 for a 1kg bag) but you can purchase them in the US via Amazon (see the below link).
