looks like cysts- sea salt baths and AHA - I use AHA twice a day on my back and chest, it really helps keep me clear and will fade hyperpigmentation, and helps with active acne

try Dan's AHA, or I use Alpha Hydrox...start slow and see how your skin reacts, a little sting is normal till you build up a tolerance
