I am Afro-Latina (Dominican) and I found all tinted SPFs quite bad, as they left either a white cast on me, or a nude cast which was at least ten shades lighter than me.

I have used the EltaMD UV Pure SPF 47. It is very good.

Supergoop unseen sunscreen also doesn't leave a white cast, but it is a little pricey.

I play soccer outside in the sun in the afternoon and it is good for that. Not sure about sunrise.
