If I apply a moisturizer with SPF 30 at night. Will it still be 30 in the morning? Or will it be alot lower?

I've recently started to onlywash my face once a day (at night). I then apply a moisturizer with SPF 30. So I'm basically wondering if the SPF will still work in the morning. Or if i need to apply more.
