I've been using benzoyl peroxide 10% for a pimple I recently got... it is right above my eyebrow. Will this bleach my eyebrow? I got some in it about 10 minutes ago... I rinsed the eyebrow and shampooed it, but I am still nervous it will be bleached! If it does bleach them, how long after will I see the full affects of the peroxide?
I think you would notice immediately. However, I would recommend switching to a 2.5 or 5% as 10% benzoyl peroxide seems very high and will damage your skin, especially as you seem to have a single pimple rather than a cluster of them. Also, if this happens again, don't shampoo your eyebrow and just let your facial cleanser run over it instead.
