After laying down and hugging my dog, that night I noticed there was red bump and after I put an ointment it got bigger. Is this an acne cyst or what could this be? Should it go away? I'm very worried!!
That does look like a pimple to me. Don't worry, I'd say it's unlikely to be anything to do with your dog and should clear up given some time to heal / using whatever regime you usually use.
