African Black Soap?

hey guys! have you ever used african black soap and would you recommend this for oiliness and acne? and does it really cause purging? thanks!

I use it, no initial purging for me, I don't think it's the answer to knocking acne back by itself, but as part of my overall attack, I do like it...I like the smell and the way my skin feels after

I like African black soap. It has helped calm my skin down in the past. I wouldn't count on it to solve everything on its own but if it helps reduce irritation and inflammation, more power to it!

I used to use Alaffia's neem and shea African Black Soap three-step system for sensitive, dry acne-prone skin. It helped at first but ultimately wasn't enough. I'd like to go back to it at some point when I sort out the cause of my acne.

I liked it because its super gentle, doesn't leave you feeling dry. However not effective for kicking acne

just received my nubian heritage african black soap! it smells AMAZING and feels good. it cleanses my skin really well but it's really too soon to tell if it's the right match for my skin. will update you guys!
