So I heard turmeric can help with acne. Decided to give it a go orally, and bought some 400 mg capsules.
For those that have tried it, what does do you recommend?
I mean they we're quite expensive, so I don't want to have to be taking like 4 a day or something, unless it's needed.

Hi there! Yes they are very expensive indeed. I purchase this brand from Wholefoods that is about $40. I've read a lot about it and have been supplementing for the last two months. I do agree it helps with inflammation, however you need to make sure the supplement you have contains black pepper or bioperine in order to uptake into the sytem. Otherwise it can kind of be a wash. Before I got the brand I use now, I would actually eat it with a gluten free cracker that I poured black pepper on. ohhh the things we do for clear healthy skin!
