Does anyone know if these work just the same as the adult acnomel one or is it bit different? Are ingredients the same? what is different? Anyone know where i can get the one with the reviews in canada?
It's in Walmart in Ontario, I see at all the time. It's cheap like $5.65 but absolutely useless, and I mean completely infective. It couldn't even treat the tiniest most mild pimples I had on my face and it did nothing in terms of prevention of new emerging acne lesions (zits). The smell is horrible I should mention, it's like sulfur mixed in with urine.
