Oil of oregano works like doxycycline but without the side effects because it's natural. I've found it can cause initial breakouts where I'm acne prone, though it's definitely getting the job done. Make sure to combine with probiotics as it may kill good bacteria (no studies - but just incase).

If it's extra strength quality be sure to dilute in olive oil before taking it internally.
