Skinceuticals makes a high end b5 cerum which u can get cheaper from ebay. B3 i don't know but goat milk skin care makes a good moisturizer with b3.

The reason why i purchased that moisturizer was bcoz it was specifically mentioned that the product is for acne prone skin, wont clog pores, oil free and good against blackheads... How abt neutrogina oil free moisture for combination skin?
