So I have these real tiny bumps all over my face. They blend in with my skin color and everything. I can't tell if they're due to acne or not, if they're incredibly tiny white heads. Are these possible to get rid of? Are they really tiny acne? Cause it just doesn't look good, makes me feel aged... I don't like it. Is there any cream to get rid of this? Or a peel?
sounds like clogged pores..steam your face, then apply SA overnight.
like neutrogena's.

What up dude, I had the same thing, near the lower edges of my mouth and cheeks. I was put on Differin and it's all almost completely gone. I didn't think it was acne at first but it definitely is. Ask your derm for some Retin-A product (Like Differin) and it will go away in a few months!
It could be clogged pores. But if you've tried exfoliating products without success, I've got some questions for you:
Are the bumps concentrated around your hairline/forehead/temples?
Do they sometimes itch or flare red?
Do you also have dandruff?
If yes to some of these questions, you might have pityrosporum folliculitis, and not acne. It is very manageable. Check out this thread:

The main post is about body folliculitis, but if you go down to the second post, I've put up a picture of facial folliculitis and what's worked for me.
Best of luck!
I have the same thing all over my face. They are microscopic flesh colored bumps all over my face. They are really noticeable in bright lighting and when I hold my skin taught or puff my cheeks out. There sooo annoying! I feel like I've tried everything and they don't go away. I exfoliate everyday and use products with AHA and BHA and there still there. Any suggestions on what it could be or what I can use?
