Hello,
Ive been on the regime for many years. I use to order the big bottle that came with a pump, the last two shipments its come in 2 tubes. Im also finding its not lasting as long despite it being technically the same amount.
additionally Im noticing the BP is VERY watery unlike a thicker cream like before. Im feeling that the quality is going down. Has anyone else noticed this?

The new Treatment has super micronized particles and it is a bit thinner than it used to be. However, it should actually work better than it used to work.
I'm concerned that you're saying VERY watery though. Keep in mind that in warmer temperatures it can get thinner and in colder temperatures it gets thicker.
