Hey everyone! I started the regimen 4 days ago and since yesterday I noticed that my face seems a little swollen every morning that I wake up. I was wondering if this was normal? I am also jetlagged can that be the reason? I sleep about 3 hours a night because of the time difference from the country I just came from. 

Did anyone else get swelling? PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Should I stop using it?

Also, my face itches throughout the day. I am currently only using a tiny amount of bp only at night since it's only my first week. Is this normal? It burns my eyes like crazy after I apply the bp even though I don't put it anywhere near my eyes. I'd really appreciate some answers It's my first time writing on here. Thanks so much in advance for all of our help!
