Athlete And The Regimen

Hi guys I need your help. I am about to start the regimen and have a few questions because I am an athlete. I have to work out 2 hours a day during the early-morning 5 days a week. I have a few questions that maybe some of you can help me with regarding how to implement my regimen around my schedule.

Am I allowed to do the regimen in the morning around 6 and then workout and shower around 12:30 after sweating from 8-10?

What ways can I work with this and the regimen?

I was wondering if the regimen is affected by sweating and if so should I wait until after I workout to do it. I know your supposed to do it 2 times a day. But if I were to wait until 12 I would have to wait until 10 that night.

What I would suggest is waiting to do The Regimen until after your 8am workout. If you workout till 10am, do The Regimen at that time then you will be good to go for the day until you do it again at bedtime.
