I spend a lot of time on this site just reading the success stories. There's something like 140 pages of them, all great testimonials and really feel good stories. A majority of them describe how this regimen cleared people up within a matter of weeks, weeks! Why can't I be so lucky. For most who try this regimen it seems the second they start applying, it works magic on their skin the likes of which they've never seen.

I've only been on the regimen for 2 weeks so I cant say that it has not worked for me yet but in these past 2 weeks I haven't really made any progress. The life cycles of my acne now are as follows.

Bump under the skin

Comes to head

Head goes away but turns into small, hard purple/pink mark

Red mark/bump stays on skin no matter what

I'm not gonna give up, I cant. There are so many success stories that its gotta work for me eventually, or at least thats what I keep telling myself. Its only been 2 weeks so maybe I'm just being impatient. But its tough to read all these remarkable stories of transformation overnight it seems, while I'm stuck here with no improvement and stubborn red marks that look worse than the acne itself.

I dont have severe acne, all my pimples are located on my two temples (weird right?), I cant figure it out either. The whole lower half of my face is completely clear and has been for some time. I dont know what to think. Anyway, I'm just thinking out loud here. Lemme know what you think

We've all wondered when our acne would disappear & ive read tons of success stories - though they may seem like overnight magic they're not. Im in my 16th week & during the first couple weeks even i thought exactly what ur thinking. Dont u dare give up ..i had acne mostly on my 2 cheeks (pics in my gallery) even though most of my acne cleared up with 5-6 weeks i had these stubborn red marks that made my acne seem worst than it was. However, during these last couple of weeks i saw an dramatic improvement in my skin texture ...the red marks r almost faded .. & i feel contended. I used the Aha for that but for u its too early to incorporate it into the regimen.

Dont give up. Every success story written here & told is different in its own way. Urs will be too :)

I know mine is! Keep going u'll do great.

i know exactly how you feel. in a way the success stories help you but then make you feel bad at the same time because you want to be clear too. I'm only on week 6 and my week 4 and 5 were the worse for me (I was purging and wanted to give up). I'm so happy you aren't giving up! it takes very strong people to see the regimen to the end. keep it up! hifive.gif

Yeah the success stories act as a double edged sword kinda. Part of me is super happy because so many people are successful in the regimen and the other part makes me frustrated I'm not there yet.

Thanks for the helpful responses though ladies, let's get through it together!

2 weeks is way too early.. let the bacteria in your skin's deepest layer come out by purging.. before you get mostly clear you have to go through the breakouts of the regimen

Did you guys notice any type of progression per week with the regimen? For example..

Week 1: Red, itchy face. No improvement

Week 2: More of the same

Week 3: Some clearing

yada yada yada

I know its different for everyone but I'm curious

You've got to just hang in there, everyone reacts differently to the regimen. I have a 2 weekly progress report in my gallery that shows pictures and descriptions of what I was going through while following the regimen. It took around 9-11 weeks (from memory) to get clear. Patience is the key. Good luck! :)

Yeah I'd stick with it. A month feels like such a long time with no improvement but from what I've gathered around the site, its pretty common to not start really clearing until month 2 or 3. So stick with it for 3 months, then if no improvement I'd pull the plug.

That's what I'm planning on doing anyway. In the mean time just stay the course and come here everyday for motivation and help.

I've been coming here everyday just reading testimonials and stuff and its really helping me through these tough times
