Hey All,
This is my 8th week on the regimen and I just got some aha+ in the mail. However, for the past several nights I've, no matter what, had a dream where I had horrible acne. Way worse than it is now, and last night it was even weirder. My skin's been flaking, and in the dream I ripped 2 entire dead layers of skin off of my whole nose. I woke up and had a very tiny scratch mark right under my left eye, next to the nose. Is this a problem?
Haha, I had those on the Regimen too. Dreams that my skin was all flaky, bloody and pretty much irreparable.
If it leads to you clawing at your face in your sleep, I can see how it would be a problem. Dreams often reflect what worries us in reality, so maybe try to stress over your skin as little as possible?
