Make sure you are following it very strictly, being super gentle, and using enough bp. The number one mistake is not using enough bp.

I have been using the Regimen for more then three months now, and I am still breaking out. I thought I was about toredach the end because my face was almost completely smooth except for one or two pimples and marks from some old ones. My face is starting to break out again, I don't know why..

Same with me! but no severe break outs ...just one two pimples here & there which i hateee cuz my face was completely acne-free ..but i did start work recently so im guessing its the stress of having to wake early ...& so on ..but i do see its been healing so ..dont worry ..keep doing the regimen as gently as possible dont get frustrated ( I do 🙁 at times ) all will be better soon
