I've been on the Regimen for about 3 weeks. I've missed a few days, but other than that, I've been following the directions properly.

My face and back are starting to look a lot better, but my chest is extremely dry, flaky, red and really itchy. It's almost scary how flaky it is. I've been following the directions.

Should I stop using it on my chest for a little while? Should I Put Shea butter or something on to ease the irritation?

Thanks

If your face is starting to adjust to the BP then its unlikely that you're allergic. Just sounds like your chest is much more sensitive, so you could try backing off on the bp to that area for a few days. Halve the amount of bp you use and see how your chest reacts and then start to increase again but much more slowly.

All these backward steps are enough to drive us insane but the reward is waiting at the end of it all. Good luck! :)
