Day 11:
My cheeks look pretty clear right now and I'm happy about that
I'm still breaking out around my lip area, it's like every 3 days I get a new pimple above my lips or below my lips. My forehead is the most stubborn and I still have a bunch of little pimples on the front of it. The sides of my forehead are clear and have small scars. My chin has a few small blemishes and a lottttt of flakiness going around my mouth area too, but the moisturizer seems to take care of that. I have some peeling going on on the sides of my jaw but it's not that bad. Overall, I am feeling VERY good about the Regimen.
Hope you guys are tooo
Love you guys!!
You're doing great!
Awesome to hear that your cheeks are clear. I have a little whitehead above my lip now too, so I know what you mean about breaking out around that area. It's been one of my problem areas even before I started the Regimen. I'm feeling really good about how things are going so far too, I think we definitely have the right mindset in place to get some lasting results from this treatment. Keep the faith, Faith! (haha)
Thanks & that we do my friend!!
My prob area used to be my forehead when I was 10-13 years old then it started spreading everywhere when I tried wearing make up(biggest mistake of my life)
I wanted to point out that I am not using the 2 full pumps of moisturizer as indicated and instead am using one full pump cause I feel that's more than enough, and it takes some time to dry so I can't imagine putting 2 full pumps. My question is, should I start using 2 full pumps so that my face isn't red and dry? The texture of my skin is hard right now and idk if the jojoba oil will help that but I really hope it does.
Is the BP going to do this as long as I keep using it or will my skin just get adjusted to it and go back to its normal texture?
I spend too much time thinking lol
If anyone could address this I would very much appreciate it
I noticed a few people on the boards mention that their skin was different the whole time they used BP.
I dunno, but after I got clear and a few weeks went by that I really uped the moisturizer and also incorporated AHA in the regimen, I feel like my skin is back to its self again. Well, considering I haven't NOT had acne in so long, it feels like skin and its not hard or stiff or anything like that. The only time when I really touch is when I do the regimen or my makeup other than that I try to avoid it so it doesn't get any unnecessary irritation. But yeah, my skin feels like skin. If that makes any sense.

Yeah I understand what you're saying haaha, well thanks for your input
Day 12:
Doing this on my phone so it's a little bit difficult to type everything so I'm just gonna summarize everything. My face looks amazing!! At least to me it looks waayy better than when I first started so thank you Regimen, I love you!!<3 no but seriously, I only have a small pimple under mylip and the rest is drying up, it's like magic
Have a good night guys!!
Day 13:
So I'm thinking about using 1 1/2 pump of the cleanser cause it feels like 2 pumps is too much for my little hands lol
I was using 1 1/2 pump the first week and just 2 days ago I started using 2 full pumps. I might up the BP dosage in 3 days, cause my face seems to be adjusting well. Hoping my jojoba oil comes in the mail soon
Right now I have 1 active pimple and it's very small right under my lip, then I have a couple of them on the sides of my cheeks but those are drying up.
I feel like time is going pretty fast and before you know it Team Regimen will have completely clear skin.
I have a question plss help... We should use moisturizer right after applying benzoyl peroxide or after few mins washing the face wit water and cleaning d BP then apply moisturizer? Plss help
thank you
You apply the cleanser first then wait about 5 mins and then apply BP, then let BP dry for 10-15 mins and after apply the moisturizer.
Np doll
YAY: It's great to see progress isn't it? Regarding cleanser, I find that pump is good enough for me - 2 pumps seem like a waste but if you feel that 2 pumps is what you need - do it.
It really is
Yeah, I feel exactly the same way! I'm just gonna use 1 1/2 pump of cleanser at least until my skin gets adjusted to BP. Thanks
My face is red the whole dayy, is anyone else experiencing this?
Hoping my face will get adjusted soon!
I sometimes get the excess redness but thats when i stay out in the sun too long. I am not using sunscreen and i don't want to introduce it until i am semi clear. Don't stress it girl, it will go away. How much BP are you currently using? I may try to increase to 1 pump starting next week.

You must be careful doll!!!! BP makes you very sensitive to the sun, and makes you get burn much quicker. I do know of a wonderful sunscreen I used when I was in the beginning stages of the regimen, it is called, Neutrogena Breakout Free Sunscreen (they have SPF 30 and 50). I can understand not wanting to introduce new products into your regimen early but I am just worried about your face burning from the extremely high sensitivity, increasing chances of cancer and aging.
Anyway you both are doing great¦
You both have to get past this dry phase¦..definitely the worst part of the regimen, and the phase that makes people quit the most¦.so if you can get passed it times will be much better. what I did when I was on the regimen was I increased the amount very quickly. I was on 2 pumps in 2 weeks. I did this so I could get passed the symptoms quicker. It helped and they were gone much faster, but the dryness and itchiness was absolutely dreadful and I needed to keep myself from scratching my face off lol.
Keep going women
Also I would like to say I began reading about acne and Vitamin D intake, and looking at the reviews here on acne.org, and I began taking it. I have mild acne on my upper back and sad to say but a bit on my buttocks too ;/ And about 2 weeks taking this supplement I am almost clear. My thought is my acne went away because vitamin D is a hormone and not a mineral of vitamin. Did you know acne is better for the general population in the warmer months than the winter months? This is because we are in the sun a lot more. It is an interesting theory many people are just beginning to look in to¦¦.Anyway I am taking about 6000-8000IU. You can take 2000-10000IU but I stick to that range. You can take 10000IU but taking more is when adverse affects are more likely. Hopefully you guys can get on acne.org's reviews and check it out, and maybe take some to see if you have faster clearing, or in my case clearing of acne in other parts of the body!

Yeah same here! Thank you
I'm using like the length of the 1st section of my finger, idk how to explain it but yeah lol I feel like it's working pretty well with that amount but I'm guessing full finger length will keep me from breaking out. Is your face still dry and flaky? That sounds like a good idea if your face is getting used to the BP.

Thanks so much for the suggestion beautiful
we will definitely not give up, we're getting closer each day so there's no stopping now!
The dryness and flakiness is kinda under control with me, but it's just the redness that really bothers me. I guess I will have to wait until I later on in the Regimen to start using one.
It's okayy, don't sweat it, I have body acne as well, & thank you I will look into it It sounds good. I think I read somewhere that vitamin D is great for acne but I'm not really sure. I think Zinc is too
Day 14(2 weeks!
I can't believe it's been 2 weeks! I'm halfway to the 1 month mark and that means a lot of things.
1. I am sticking to the Regimen and being consistent.
2. I will be increasing BP amount.
3. I am closer to clearer skin
I'm so happy with my results so far, at 2 weeks I have never seen such a diff with any product and this gives me a lot of hope and confidence.
I am still experiencing side effects, like flakiness on my chin, dryness around my face, redness everywhere and still breaking out around my mouth and chin but I'm sure these will subside with time
I feel beautiful and that's very rare for me, and I'm super duperrr grateful like I can't put into words how much I am.
Team Regimen for life!! lol
Just wanted to point out I have a few new small breakouts but I think they're being dried up by the BP so no prob there

I can't agree more, Faith...this is such a breath of fresh air compared to other ineffective products I've tried. I love hearing that you keep on seeing improvements and it's awesome that you're getting your confidence back, I'm experiencing the same thing! Team Regimen running wild all over Acne.org foreva! lol
Hi ive just read through your posts keep it up, tomorrow will be my 6th week on the regimen please keep posting. I am using the 3 step process so tell me how the jojoba oil goes because i have been considering adding it to the regimen. I wish i could post everyday but i have exams in London. Just ordered a new batch and feeling good. Good Luck!
I'm so confusedd, how many drops of jojoba oil should I use and how big should the drops be? sorry for all the questions
3 drops worked for me (when i tried jojoba oil). It will spread your moisturizer out.
Thanks love

Thanks I appreciate it. I just started using the jojoba oil today but I will keep you posted on how it works for me. Do you have a log? I'll def follow your progress
Day 15:
I woke up today and my face wasn't oily at all, I was super happy about that. My face didn't get oily until later on. I have no new breakouts, just the same ones that are taking a while to disappear. My cheeks and chin had flakes when I woke up and this also happens after I wash my face with the cleanser. The BP seems to make it disappear, ironically lol. I applied the moisturizer and mixed it with 5 drops of jojoba oil which made my face look super oily so I'm gonna stick to just 3 drops like last night. Thinking about using a sunscreen after applying the moisturizer but I will have to seee. I don't wanna bring more things into the Regimen just yet, as I just introduced the jojoba oil. I had some Doritos, and frozen yogurt today so I'm feeling ashamed of myself right now lol. I will have new pics up on my gallery for you guys to look at my changes. Have a good one guys and keep faith!

Yay Faith! I always look forward to your updates on here. I'm glad the jojoba oil is working well for you, it is best to use just a few drops so you don't end up looking too oily, I've started using just about 3 or 4 and that tends to be more than enough. Don't feel bad, I ate almost an entire Little Cesar's pizza this evening so I definitely need to start making better food choices myself, haha. Stay strong & keep rollin!

Aww thanks!! I look forward to you guy's updates too, I go on here more than fb. lol My Regimen buddies are more important!
& thanks for the suggestion, I will keep doing 3 drops.
Hahaha Little Cesar's pizza is soooo good! I don't blame you.
Its okay, yesterday I had the biggest stake in the world! lol! And today I had buttery puff pastry¦.ugh my body disagrees with my choices, but oh well
I am trying to eat healthier though¦doesn't always work out
hahaha, it never works out.
we will get tired of junk food someday
Day 16:
I woke up to 2 new whiteheads which were like small under the skin blemishes. I think the reason I broke out was because I didn't use the Regimen in the time frame the day before yesterday. Well I really don't know cause I've been eating junk food these past 3 days. lol Anyways I'm getting compliments on my skin from my mom and it feels great
I think the jojoba oil is not doing much for me but it's still early to tell.. maybe I should use big drops?
I've been at work for most of the day everyday and I feel a lot more confident dealing with people(I'm a cashier)
It's an amazing feeling
Best wishes to everyonee

I always use about 5-6 drops of jojoba oil, at night I sometimes like to add extra.
Regarding the junk food thing, I am right there with you. I know it would be so much better to eat healthy and clean, but it can get really boring sometimes. Hahaha. Sometimes you just want a cheeseburger, ya know?
Glad you are feeling much more confident! I still kinda struggle with having that confidence even though I have had great results with the regimen...I still feel like I have so much acne on my face even though I dont. Weird!

Lol yes, exactly!
Thank you you shouldn't cause your skin loooks great! how often do you get breakouts?

Yeah, give that a go. I always put more moisturizer and jojoba at night because I don't really mind the greasy look when I go to bed.
I still do get a couple spots. Maybe 1-2 a month now. But I would categorize those spots under female related issues. Other than that, it's going pretty well. I guess having acne for so long...and covering my face up most of the time. I do sometimes feel I still have it even though I don't. Slowly building up in my confidence department.

Confidence ftw! If other people are noticing improvements in your skin then you definitely know it's working What kind of store do you work at as a cashier?
Hang tough and keep the Faith!
