I'd hope that I'd never have to log into this account again. After my acne relapse post accutane, dan's regimen was the only thing that worked for me. I mean, my skin was beautiful. i would maybe MAYBE suffer from 1 breakout a week but now, after about 4 years of use it is starting to fail.
I'm a 21 year old who juices vegetables on a daily basis, workout's regularly (and wash face afterwards) stays healthy and balanced. I've been more healthy than I ever have in my life. I wash my face in the shower, get out, pat dry. wait 5-10 to dry. then MOUND a ton of BP on because my face is so use to it after 4 years of usage, and I read somewhere that dan said "if you don't think you have enough, put more on, it wont hurt anything, all it's doing is creating more and more oxygen in the pores etc etc" so then I let that dry and I follow by putting 2 pumps of moisturizer on with at minimum 5 drops of jojoba oil. now, mind you, my skin is always the worst in winter so that might be the reason its breaking out more but all in all I'm pretty shocked. I'm starting to get self concious again like I did in high school.
i need some moderators or people who have been around a long time to help me out here, I'm in the dark not knowing what to do next...

Hey Adam... I understand your frustration, I sometimes get break outs that I can't really explain, though I do DKR as I've always done... Here's a few questions that may help us to get to root of the problem... How much more often are you breaking out? Have you been touching your face more than usual lately? Have you been under excessive emotional/physical stress lately? Have you changed personal care products like shampoos or body washes? Have you switched laundry detergents or fabric softeners? More than likely the breakouts are due to large hormone fluctuations, which can cause breakouts to occur. The fluctuations can be due to stress, diet changes, natural growth process, etc. Try and take the acne quiz and see if perhaps there is something you are currently doing that may be causing irritation or slight changes to the regimen you didn't notice before. http://www.acne.org/personalized-advice.html
Good luck and let us know how you're progressing..
