Hi, I've been ordering acne.org products for years, and I split my time between the US and Canada. It has never been an issue to ship to Canada before.

When I enter my Canadian address, it says there are no shipping options available.

Support first told me to try different browsers, then basically gave up, saying there are technical issues that need to be addressed.

Please, is there some way to order the products to Canada? Thanks so much
