Soy Milk?

I have been steering clear of milk for a while because of all the negative relationships I have heard about between dairy products and acne...although I really do like milk. So what exactly is soy milk, and is it still considered something that could possibly cause some acne? Thanks.

Trial and error. That is how i find out what works for me.

I cannot consume dairy and when I found out I started on soy milk and other alternative milks later on.

For me, soy was the cause of my cystic acne for about 9 years until I figured it out. No doctor, derm, allergy specialist or chinese medicine practitioner could put a link to it.

My blood test results were coming back normal except for one figure but my doctor said that result was normal range for someone that would be on the pill, to which I responded with "but I'm not on the pill" and they just said that the level was still safe even though it was out of range.

I cannot say that it was the soy milk that was giving me that result but after I stopped drinking it and avoided it in all food I ate plus skin care product, my skin cleared up completely even when I ate fried food or wore lots of make up.

Recently, after a year of being clear, I accidentally consumed some and within 24 hours I had two cystic breakouts on my forehead. Coincidence?

Soy milk is better than cows milk.

I would drink it, but unfortunately where I live soy milk is expensive
