Hi all,

Was wondering if there were any guys out there who had experience with taking zinc. I've recently started taking it and it's been giving me crazy painful pustules near my mouth and on my jawline. This isn't the first time this has happened with zinc (I've taken it twice before, with the same effects). However, I never took zinc longer than a week because I didn't want to keep breaking out.

Is there anyone who took zinc, experienced an initial breakout, and was then able to get over the breakouts?
