Paleo Diet Update!!!1
7 day : I had really big cyst brealouts on my jaw line and cheeks, I have noticed less inflammation, but on Tuesday 19, i exfoliate and i thinkl that made me have new zits no, and also i started using this new moisturizer from clear and clean dual something, but i believe thats only for dry skin people and not oily like me, bc those are the only two new things i did this two days. So im stooping using that lotion and mean while im going to use aloe gel from leaf until i have the right moisturizer for my skin, i will keep updating
