I work at a grocery store and I cant go home and cook and eat whole foods, so I was wondering is there anything that I can eat that wont do damage to my skin? apparently bread is bad xD lmao, so that rules out sandwiches.I used to eat chef boyardee, but stopped since I read canned foods are bad.

why not bring a piece of fruit, or buy it there! like a banana, that's filling- also a handful of RAW nuts, like almonds, and you can toss in some dried fruit and seeds like pumpkin seeds or sunflower
good for you for ditching the canned foods, and bread is an issue for some, but not all....if you can eat bread, stick to whole grains, nothing white EVER- acne or not.
I always take sticks of carrot, cucumber and celery to work. Different flavoured hummus dips can make it a little more exciting.
And fruit and nuts are always great so long as you don't have any allergies.
Rice cakes are a good replacement for bread if you have an intolerance to gluten.
