Hey,

Has anyone done MRT test for food sensitivities? I would like to do it but the country where I live doesn't offer the test but it can be done still, BUT the cost is 778 US dollars! Holy shit that hurts.. I'm certain that something is destroying my health, my nose is stuffy all year round and runny when I go outside, I have only inflammatory acne and it's only on sides of my mouth and inner cheeks. I developed terrible birch and timothy allergy three years ago and the worst problem is that year ago I was diagnosed with terrible illness cervical dystonia in which my brain sends wrong signals to my neck muscles to contract and my head turn to right on its own and it feels like my brain is having seizures. cry.gif

If you look around the Internet, you can find the testing cheaper than that.

23andMe can give those results and a whole lot more for $99. However, they are very slow and are fighting with the FDA right now also.

sides of mouth? Perioral dermatitis perhaps. Have you tried using an all-natural toothpaste without sodium lauryl sulfide and fluoride?

Yes I changed my toothpaste to all natural without SLS, it didn't help. It doesn't look like perioral dermatitis, it is not all around my mouth, just on how should I say it, when you go at the end of your lips (the corners of mouth) and draw a straight line down, I get pustules only on that area and inner cheeks. I don't get any form of acne on my whole mustache area and the center of jaw. And my acne is always only those ugly pustules, only good thing about those pustules are that they don't scar, just leave little red marks that leaves quickly away.

I will do that regular IgG test next week, it only tests 59 different foods, but it covers all the foods that I'm consuming, except whey protein. But I had those pustules and oily skin long before I ever started to use whey. I don't get any gas or stomach discomfort ever. And I wouldn't put whey in the same category as milk because milk contains 80% casein and just 20% whey. And human mother's milk contains at the early stages 90% whey, whey was meant to humans, cow milk was meant for cows. In my opinion.

I just decided that I WILL DO that MRT test and pay that 778 US dollars! I don't want to be paranoid anymore about the food that I'm eating, with this test I know for sure what foods are good for me and what causes me inflammation. 778 dollars ain't so bad if I plan to live a long and happy life, at this point my life ain't worth living and I want to make change. I'm just scared that it says that I can't eat whey protein anymore, but we will see then..
