are these ok for mild to moderate acne sufferers? i've read some posters here say that "all nuts" should be avoided, but unprocessed almonds are excellent for a clean diet.

does anyone here regularly eat them without them causing skin problems?

i love almonds and generally eat a few handfuls per day. i would hate to know they could potentially cause acne.

If you're sensitive to almonds, they'll break you out. I eat almond flour in plenty of foods I make, and I've found that it tends to be inflammatory, but doesn't break me out per se. I think if you're not sensitive to them, limited quantities are ok

I ate a handful of em everyday (say 5 - 8) once a day. I'm not allergic to nuts.
